Terms and Conditions
Please note we do not accept online bookings made on the same day as check-in.
Cancellations
Online reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
Guests will be refunded 70% of the total price if they cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival or 50% if a cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before arrival. We’re sorry, but we don’t offer refunds with fewer than 7 days until check-in.
Pets
Although we are pet friendly and have 2 dogs ourselves, reservations with pets will ONLY be accepted by prior arrangement.
Please note that pets are NEVER allowed in The Adriatic.
A cleaning fee of 30 euros per stay will be levied for all pets and collected on arrival.
Children
We can provide a cot and/or high chair free of charge for infants, but please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability.
Non-Smoking
Quinta do Bom Vento is proud to be a non-smoking facility, and smoking is NOT permitted ANYWHERE indoors.
